We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. This includes:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you sign up.
• WhatsApp Number: The WhatsApp Business number you connect to WabFlow for automation.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the platform — features accessed, flows created, campaigns sent — to improve the product.
• Customer Conversations: To power the WhatsApp automation, we temporarily process message content in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business API guidelines. We do not read or store personal conversations beyond what's needed to operate the bot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and continuously improve the WabFlow service
• Process and deliver WhatsApp automation on your behalf
• Develop new features, templates, and integrations
• Detect and prevent spam, abuse, or policy violations
• Send important service updates, product announcements, and support communications

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to any third party, ever.

We only share data with third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform, including:

• Meta (WhatsApp): To send and receive messages via the WhatsApp Business API.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure, encrypted servers (hosted in India and compliant with applicable data protection regulations).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• End-to-end TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for all stored data
• Strict access controls — only authorized team members can access production data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize all associated data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it longer.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do this from within the WabFlow app under Settings → Account, or by contacting us at the email below.
