1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WabFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

WabFlow provides a WhatsApp Business API-powered automation platform for businesses. The service includes:

• AI-powered chatbot automation and flow builder
• Lead capture and customer management
• Team inbox and multi-member access
• Campaign broadcast messaging
• Product catalog delivery via chat

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Our service is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business API. You must fully comply with all of Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policies, Business Policies, and Messaging Guidelines.

If your WhatsApp account is banned, restricted, or suspended by Meta due to policy violations, spam, or any other reason, WabFlow is not responsible and cannot process refunds for any unused subscription period.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WabFlow account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with unauthorized persons
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@wabflow.com

5. Fair Usage Policy

While we aim to provide unlimited incoming message processing, campaign broadcasts and outgoing templated messages are subject to Meta's messaging tier limits and their associated pricing. Abusive use of broadcast features (e.g., sending spam) may result in account suspension.

6. Payments & Refunds

All subscription fees are charged in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. Early access users with free trial access are not charged until the trial period ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WabFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
